Personal Training

Picture
Affordable prices...Incredible results!

1-on-1 Personal Training is a unique experience in which a trainer pushes a client to produce his or her MAXIMUM output.  It's not about the trainer being tough, it's about him overloading the client's body in a way that forces it to respond with a physiological change. (i.e. fat-loss, muscle tone, strength gain, etc.).  The body responds to stress.

A good trainer knows his client's body and thus the proper stressors to target in order to illicit certain results.

Weight Control

Picture
When the average person speaks of losing weight, what she more accurately wants to reduce is the amount of fat on her body.  This is an important distinction because many of the fad diets & weight-loss crazes actually focus on losing body-water as opposed to body-fat!  The human body is comprised of roughly 50 - 60% water.  While a temporary reduction in water weight may prompt the scale to move, it's little more than a mind game and does little to accomplish the true goal of weight (fat) control.  Once the body hydrates properly...the weight returns.  We will show you how to lose the fat once and for all!
