Group Classes
Total Body Fitness Boot Camp A tough, high-impact, calorie-burning, muscle toning workout for anyone wishing to burn fat or jump-start his or her fitness. We use aerobic exercises, calisthenics, jump rope, kickboxing, dumbbells, and resistance bands to create fun but challenging workouts. Alternative levels of exercises provided so you can work at your own pace. All fitness levels welcome. When:
